Greystar seeks an experienced Community Manager to lead daily operations of an Active Adult community (ages 55+) in California. You will oversee onsite staff, coordinate resources, and ensure exceptional resident experiences while maintaining strong financial performance and strict regulatory compliance.

You will liaise with ownership, residents, and regional management, driving operational excellence and long-term community success. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responds promptly to resident concerns, complaints, questions, and requests, and takes appropriate action to resolve and address issues.
• Handles escalated resident disputes with empathy and problem-solving.
• Oversees lease process, budgeting, financial reporting, and NOI strategies to improve performance.
• Leads onboarding, training, and performance development of onsite team in line with company policies.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and preventive maintenance through regular inspections and vendor management.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by building a strong community culture and monitoring feedback.
