Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-family property in Arlington, VA. You will lead a property team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication, and leadership capabilities. You will drive occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining high resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and supervise staff.
• Assist in budget development and monitor financial performance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
• Ensure property and staff comply with laws and company policies.
• Complete financial, administrative, and reporting duties as assigned.
