Job summary

Omnicom is seeking an Assistant Analyst, Activation Operations to track and process media inventory, integrating data from multiple sources to produce financial and business reports. You will use Prisma and MBOX to input schedules, generate monthly billing reports, and support cross-functional reconciliation.

Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork are essential. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment, with in-office attendance

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Ability to prioritize and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven integrity and team collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTs).
• Experience with MediaOcean products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize internal tools to review and send orders to vendors and support maintenance of tracking client spends.
• Input and steward media schedule data into Prisma & MBOX
• Prepare and distribute monthly capital billing reports based on digital media buys/orders
• Perform monthly invoice matching within Prisma
• Collaborate with Shared Services and Financial Operations to reconcile billing and invoice discrepancies
• Participate with Operations to streamline and automate processes across the business
• Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff
• Assist with ad hoc operations requests
