Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York, NY is seeking an Assistant Analyst, Activation Operations to track and process media inventory, integrate data from multiple sources, and produce reports to drive financial inputs. You will support reconciliation across departments, maintain schedules in Prisma & MBOX, and assist with streamlining processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Utilize internal tools to review and send orders to vendors and support maintenance of tracking client spends.
Input and steward media schedule data into Prisma & MBOX.
Prepare and distribute monthly capital billing reports based on Digital media buys/orders.
Perform monthly invoice matching within Prisma.
Collaborate with Shared Services and Financial Operations to reconcile billing and discrepancies.
Assist with ad hoc operations requests.”
