Job summary

Stedi in the United States is expanding its Activation team. As an Activation Engineer, you will be the technical counterpart to our sales and account management teams, guiding customers from the first integration call through production, building demos, guides, and internal docs to empower the rest of the customer-facing team.

You’ll work across API integrations, data formats, and RCM knowledge to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating APIs and understanding data formats (JSON, X12) is preferred.
• Ability to guide customers from first integration call through production.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical counterpart on pre‑sale deals and qualify opportunities.
• Own technical design during the proof-of-concept phase and define use cases.
• Coordinate payer list matching and run insurance discovery batch tests; interpret results.
