Job summary

Stedi is hiring a Growth Account Executive to own a segment of our fastest growing customers within the healthcare clearinghouse space. You will drive expansion, partnerships, and increased revenue by understanding our product suite and guiding customers from onboarding to adoption.

As the face of the relationship, you will craft strategies to expand collaboration, address pricing and contract blockers, and ensure successful product adoption across payer and provider networks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales or related roles.
• Experience selling API-based products to healthcare payers/providers.
• Proven ability to close contracts and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial contact for a book of fast-growing customers.
• Manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities in the CRM (upsells, cross-sells, renewals).
• Identify expansion use cases and support pricing and contract negotiations.
• Interface with customers daily via Slack, Zoom, email, and in-person meetings.
• Surface product and payer usage insights to increase adoption.
• Collaborate with solutions engineering, payer operations, data analytics, and leadership.
