Stedi is building a healthcare clearinghouse with API-first design. As an Activation Engineer, you will be the technical liaison to sales and customers, mapping use cases to APIs, guiding integrations, and ensuring smooth production ramp for new customers.

You’ll develop demos, guides, and documentation to empower the broader customer-facing team and contribute to product feedback when gaps exist. This role moves fast and rewards proactive, customer-centric engineers.

Formación

• Experience integrating APIs and working with healthcare data formats (e.g., JSON, X12).
• Ability to map customer use cases to API capabilities and define requirements.
• Strong communication skills for pre-sale technical discussions and demos.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical counterpart on pre-sale deals, qualifying opportunities and defining integration needs.
• Own technical design during proof-of-concept phases and help customers test integrations.
• Coordinate payer list matching, run tests, and interpret results for customers.
• Drive ramp-up to expected transaction volume and track migration plans.
• Create internal material: feature overviews, demos, and best-practice writeups.
• Represent customers to Product to shape backlog with customer-driven requirements.
