Stedi is recruiting an Activation Engineer to join the team building our healthcare clearinghouse API-driven platform. You will be the technical counterpart to sales and account management, guiding customers from initial integration calls through to production volumes, while also creating demos, guides, and internal docs that scale the team’s expertise.

Formación

• You are technical and have experience using APIs, with familiarity of data formats like JSON and X12.
• You are proactive by default and take initiative to engage customers before they ask.
• You have a product mindset and can articulate gaps to engineering/product teams to meet customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical counterpart on pre-sale deals, qualifying opportunities and explaining integration needs.
• Own technical design during the proof-of-concept phase and define use cases/requirements.
• Coordinate payer list matching and run insurance discovery batch tests, interpreting results for customers.
• Drive ramping customers to expected transaction volume and manage migration plans.
