Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi in the United States is seeking a Digital Analytics Implementation & Migration Lead to design, govern, and scale enterprise analytics across web, mobile, and enterprise systems, driving the Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics migration.

You will partner with engineering, product, and marketing to establish tagging frameworks, data governance, and data quality, enabling cross-channel insights and real-time decision-making using CJA dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years implementing Adobe Analytics across web and mobile.
• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics including schemas and data connections.
• Hands-on Apollo tagging for Analytics or CJA implementations.
• Strong data governance and data quality capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Adobe Analytics across web and mobile.
• Define scalable data layer architectures for consistent tracking.
• Implement and maintain tagging frameworks using Apollo.
• QA and validate tagging implementations for accuracy.
• Lead migration from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering to integrate CRM/CDP/marketing systems into CJA.
• Ensure cross-channel reporting and adoption of CJA dashboards.
