Brad Carpenter - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support a growing client base in the Ohio area. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling policy changes, and guiding customers through coverage options.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask across client accounts, and fluent in Spanish, with a willingness to obtain required licenses and work within a State Farm independent contractor framework.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
• Comfortable using computer systems and agency software.
• Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Life and Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be fluent in SPANISH.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation $40,000.00 - $85,000.00+ per year including commissions.
