Job summary

DDS Acoustical Specialties LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer to expand sales and manage projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes customer-facing activities and a high degree of autonomy.

Experience in noise control or acoustics is preferred but not required; transferable skills and a willingness to learn are welcomed. Strong MS Office skills and a valid US driver's license are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales/customer service, estimating, project management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; not required.
• Ability to read construction plans and CAD drawings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Pipedrive and Salesforce.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and estimate projects using known products or new materials.
• Conduct field visits to project sites in the northeast.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities and execute strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand and image to attract customers.
• Train employees in sale and application of acoustical materials.
• Analyze sales data and forecast to support growth.
