Ecore is seeking an experienced Acoustical Solutions Manager to lead growth of our acoustics business across North America. This role blends commercial leadership with deep technical expertise in acoustics, architectural products, and building materials.

You will develop go-to-market strategies, build key partnerships, influence product specifications, and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, distributors, and internal teams to drive revenue growth nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years in commercial flooring, acoustics, architectural products, or related industry.
• Proven success in specification-driven sales, business development, or market development.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across design, construction, and building product ecosystem.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout North America (up to 70%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for acoustical solutions portfolio.
• Identify new market opportunities and accelerate growth.
• Build partnerships with architects, acoustical consultants, engineers, contractors, end users, and channel partners.
• Represent Ecore at industry events, drive product specifications and design wins.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to influence product strategy and portfolio.
