Qualifications

• Four-year college degree with 3–5 years of experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products
• Preferred: degree in Acoustical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; familiarity with construction practices; experience with architectural & engineering firms

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning to drive market growth.
• Develop and execute plans to promote building acoustics product solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Director to develop market channel strategies and align with webinars and campaigns.
• Lead product training for manufacturers' reps and assist in trade shows and events.
• Train reps on applying product solutions for ceiling, floor, and wall noise control; support sales growth.
• Conduct Voice of the Customer visits to engage influencers and decision makers.
• Drive sales growth for assigned territory and customer base.
• Monitor construction cycles and share information with local reps.
• Investigate competitive offerings and develop better tools and products.
• Work with engineering to develop innovative new products and supplier partnerships.

Education

Four-year college degree + 3–5 years of experience

Degree in Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related field

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
