Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically three to five years of clerical and customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls related to collections, call transfers, and account holder inquiries.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and assist in resolving customer concerns.
• Retrieve daily web settlements and document and update account activity.
• Order letters for multiple payments and maintain settlement tracker.
• Manage inbound calls related to deceased accounts and request estate documentation.
• Perform collection activities as appropriate
