Commerce Bank is seeking a Recovery Specialist I to manage inbound collections for direct deposit accounts, loans and card products while upholding confidentiality and service excellence. This remote US role emphasizes collaboration, and uses TSYS/SHAW/DM9 systems.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year collections experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Notary registration is a plus and full-time eligibility in the US is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year collections experience required.
• Public Notary registration preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound collection activity for direct deposit accounts, installment loans and card products.
• Place outbound calls to delinquent direct deposit accounts.
• Review voicemail follow-up and returned mail.
• Move funds using internal systems, such as Universal Maintenance Database.
• Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and quality assurance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
