Job summary

Simera in the United States is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support daily AR activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and maintenance of customer records.

You will work with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies, prepare aging reports, and assist with month-end close, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a remote, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and billing processes.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices on time.
• Enter and update customer payments in accounting systems.
• Apply payments to correct accounts and invoices.
• Monitor overdue invoices and payment due dates.
• Assist with reconciliations and account reviews.
• Investigate billing and payment discrepancies and resolve them.
