Responsibilities

• Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts.
• Enter finalized payments and update AR ledger by customer.
• Obtain and mail invoice copies for customers as requested.
• File check stubs and bank receipts.
• Operate adding machine.
• Track account status and contact customers by phone to discuss delinquent payments.
• Mail statements to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Research and process customer claims of invoice payment.
• Research and process charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
• Answer AR phone inquiries and follow up.
