Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2+ years of related AR experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages the company’s inflow and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Supports cash application and AR accounting by ensuring accurate and timely documentation, while managing various transactions.
• Assists with weekly and month-end close accounting processes, completing related checklists, and supports AR activities including cash receipts, adjustments, and communication with Sales for chargebacks and deductions.
• Maintains organized filing for AR and deposit documentation, issues credit notes, processes transactions, and assists with audit documentation while aiming for KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned
