Job summary

Admiral Beverage Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Albuquerque team. This full-time role involves posting customer payments, maintaining AR records, and following up on delinquent accounts to secure payment.

Qualifications

• Receives payments and posts amounts to customer accounts.
• Maintains accounts receivable records and communicates delinquent accounts.
• Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
• Cross trains to provide backup for other office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Post payments to customer accounts and update AR ledger.
• Obtain and mail invoice copies to customers as requested.
• Call or mail correspondence to update account status and collect overdue amounts.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed by supervisor.
