Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Florida is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage inflow, support cash application, and ensure timely AR documentation across the finance and sales teams.

You will assist with weekly and month-end close, handle cash receipts, chargebacks, adjustments, and credit requests, while aiming to meet KPIs and drive process improvements.

This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and strong customer service within a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of related experience in AR or accounting.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inflow and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support cash application and AR accounting with accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with weekly and month-end close processes and related checklists; support AR activities incl. cash receipts, adjustments, and chargebacks.
• Maintain organized AR and deposit documentation; issue credit notes and process transactions.
• Support audit documentation and seek continuous process improvements.
