Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and post incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards).
• Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are accounted for.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to address account inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close and AR reporting.
