Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and post receipts and resolve discrepancies to secure revenue.
• Support finance team on various projects.
• Assist with collections of customer accounts.
• Process AR invoices daily and review for errors.
• Process RMA credits and handle invoice corrections.
• Submit oilfield tank invoices in customer portals.
• Review third party freight invoicing.
• Print and mail monthly customer statements.
• Research payment discrepancies with customers and sales.
