Red River Commodities Inc seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Fargo, ND. You will manage high-volume invoice processing, three-way PO matching, and vendor communications to ensure timely, accurate payments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP or general accounting, experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in accounts payable or general accounting, manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP; advanced Excel required.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify high volumes of vendor invoices for payment.
• Perform three-way PO matching with receiving docs and invoices.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and payment schedules.
• Track and report departmental expenses and ensure proper GL coding.
