Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in accounts payable or general accounting, manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP; advanced Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify high volumes of vendor invoices for payment.
• Perform three-way PO matching with receiving docs and invoices.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and payment schedules.
• Track and report departmental expenses and ensure proper GL coding.
