Job summary

Acme Tools is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate II in Grand Forks, ND. The role focuses on invoicing accuracy, collections, and credit processing within a collaborative team. You’ll work with management and IT to resolve issues and improve processes.

The position requires a degree in accounting or related experience and 3+ years in AR, billing, or collections, with strong Excel skills and confidentiality. Relocation to Grand Forks is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AR, billing, collections, or a similar accounting support role.
• Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting and filtering, and basic formulas.

Responsibilities

• Research invoicing errors on Cash and Charge accounts with management and IT to develop solutions.
• Research credit applications, update accounts, and perform collections.
• Respond to sales tax questions and conduct credit investigations for new credit/finance applications.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and provide status updates in weekly management meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
