Job summary

Pride Neon Sign Solutions in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. You will create timely invoices, resolve billing questions, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate, smooth billing operations.

3+ years in AR or accounting, an accounting degree (or equivalent), proficiency with MS Office and accounting software, and strong communication and attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices timely with accuracy.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing questions and discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of sales tax laws and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support invoicing processes.
