Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts receivable or related finance role.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Epicor/P21 experience preferred.
• Experience within a distribution, inventory, manufacturing, or similar operational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, and account maintenance.
• Review outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payment activity.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with routine accounting transactions.
• Prepare and update reports using Excel and internal accounting systems.
• Support month-end close activities and general ledger-related tasks.
