The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting/AP, a BA in Accounting, and ERP experience (Epicor P21). You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or related finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems; Epicor P21 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment activities.
• Maintain accounts payable records and assist with account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Prepare and enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Generate reports and maintain supporting documentation for accounting activities.
• Assist with financial compliance, audit preparation, and internal control procedures.
