Accounts Receivable Specialist - Burlington, MA

Our client, a well-established organization in the distribution and supply chain industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. This position will support day-to-day receivables operations, customer account management, collections activities, and general accounting functions while working closely with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, and account maintenance.


• Review outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payment activity.


• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed.


• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with routine accounting transactions.
