Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Great Plains and/or NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable aging reports while monitoring outstanding customer balances.
• Apply customer payments accurately and timely to invoices and customer accounts.
• Research, analyze, and resolve account discrepancies while escalating delinquent accounts when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, statements, and account balances.
• Support billing activities, system improvements, and process enhancement initiatives during the ERP transition.
