Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Send invoices and statements to customers via mail and email.
• Maintain organized AR files.
• Process payments (check, credit card, EFT) accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update customer information in the system.
• Monitor inboxes and respond to requests promptly.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies.
