Responsibilities

• Generate and send accurate vendor statements according to company policies.
• Record and apply incoming payments to customer/vendor accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are properly posted.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed AR reports for management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing relating to AR.
• Post parts, service, collision and finance cash sales daily.
• Post internal repair orders daily.
