Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable or collections experience.
• Experience working in a call center.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build complex spreadsheets.

Aufgaben

• Generate and send invoices to customers on time.
• Manage collections with 30/60/90 past due accounts.
• Provide legal support on special collections involving site or court appearances as required.
• Respond to billing questions from customers, sales team, and management.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Apply payments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and maintain receivable records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve payment issues.
