SERVPRO Team Jones in Texas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer invoicing, collections, payment processing, and accounts receivable activities to maintain healthy cash flow. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, insurance carriers, commercial clients, and franchise partners regarding outstanding balances.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Receivable Management: Generate and distribute invoices; monitor aging; apply payments; reconcile accounts.
• Collections & Cash Flow Management: Contact customers on past-due balances; negotiate payment arrangements; escalate as needed.
• Billing & Insurance Coordination: Review billing accuracy; coordinate with project managers; assist with insurance claim billing.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts; research unapplied payments; prepare aging reports.
• Customer Service: Respond to billing inquiries; maintain professionalism during collections conversations; build relationships.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records; assist with reporting and audits; ensure policy compliance.
