Job summary

ITW in Houston seeks an Accounts Receivable Analyst to ensure accurate cash application, timely collections, and billing adjustments. You will maintain customer accounts and support the monthly close with reconciliations and reporting.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Finance to minimize bad debt, resolve disputes, and improve AR processes while upholding internal controls and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable or related role.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply customer payments and maintain documentation.
• Manage end-to-end collections and reduce past-due balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve unapplied cash or discrepancies.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve disputes and improve AR processes.
