Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on-site. You will build professional relationships with customers to resolve past due balances and minimize delinquencies while following our documented collection process.

You will work with the Billtrust platform to manage receivables, communicate credit risks, and ensure timely statements and accurate account statuses. Strong communication and time management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Familiarity with Billtrust and accounts receivable workflows.
• Understanding of the accounts receivable process and credit terms.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone or email to determine reason for past due payment.
• Work from Billtrust platform to reduce past due balances.
• Review Billtrust to ascertain status of collections and balances.
• Record financial status of customers and collection efforts.
• Initiate collection actions per due dates and company process.
• Notify manager of credit risks or disputes within 24 hours.
• Process credit card transactions and maintain accurate records.
