Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an assertive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role builds professional relationships with customers to resolve past due balances and facilitates collections using our Billtrust platform and internal systems.

The team focuses on end-to-end warehouse solutions, including lift trucks, racking, and service offerings. Candidates should be able to manage a high volume of calls and emails, maintain records, and support ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to handle 35-50 calls/e-mails per day.
• Must understand the Accounts Receivable process and related workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by telephone or e-mail and determine the reason for past due payment.
• Work from Billtrust platform to reduce past due balances.
• Review status of delinquent accounts and initiate collection actions.
• Record information about the financial status of customers and collection efforts.
• Notify manager of credit risks or bad debt information promptly.
