Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team and manage online billing processes. The role focuses on timely invoicing and resolving past due balances while maintaining professional relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include inputting invoices, following up on payments, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth billing operations. Requires experience in AR and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow a documented collection process with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Input invoices into designated customer systems for online billing within 48 hours.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure online billing requirements are met for timely and proper payment of invoices.
• Communicate requirements to departments to resolve obstacles to timely payment.
• Assist departments in rectifying issues so online billing complies with customer portals.
• Contact customers by phone or email for purchase orders to invoice open work orders.
• Maintain and update client billing databases and related files.
• Initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
