Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an assertive Accounts Receivable Specialist to build relationships with customers and resolve past due balances. You will manage online billing, input invoices, and follow up to ensure timely payments, while coordinating with multiple departments to remove billing obstacles.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, high organization, and the ability to handle 35–50 daily calls/emails. This is an on-site position in Cypress, CA.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational/time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Must understand Accounts Receivable processes.
• Capable of handling 35–50 calls/emails per day.
• Willing to work off-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Input invoices into designated customer systems for online billing within 48 hours.
• Follow up with customers to ensure online billing requirements are met for timely payment.
• Communicate requirements to departments to resolve payment issues.
• Rectify issues so billing complies with customer portals.
• Contact customers by phone or email for purchase orders to invoice open work orders.
• Maintain client billing database and related support files.
