Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Victoria, Minnesota seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a busy accounting team onsite. This temporary role involves cash applications, billing, and active communication with customers. The position is a hands-on, on-site assignment with a short-term scope.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR or accounting, strong customer service, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. ERP experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Apply customer payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
• Process billing, recurring invoices, and customer account updates.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and past-due balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, remittance details, and account questions.
• Support collections efforts through email and occasional outbound calls.
• Monitor shared accounting inboxes and maintain accurate records.

We're partnering with a growing Minnesota company to find an Accounts Receivable Specialist who can jump in quickly and support a busy accounting team. This is a hands‑on role with a mix of cash applications, billing, customer communication, and account support.

What You'll Do
