Qualifikationen

• Partner with internal departments to resolve customer account questions and billing concerns.

• Support month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, strengthen controls, and support cash flow.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing accounting team in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on AR experience and is comfortable researching discrepancies, monitoring aging reports, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
