Job summary

Webtrends seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our growing accounting team. Under the Controller's direction, you will ensure payments are received for goods and services and assist with routine accounting tasks.

You will post payments, reconcile AR balances, and help resolve billing issues. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication with customers, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain strong cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit card transactions.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Facilitate payment of invoices by sending account statements and contacting customers
• Verify validity of account discrepancies and resolve any billing issues by communicating effectively both internally and externally.
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
