Responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, and billing concerns.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate account records.
• Process and apply daily cash receipts to the appropriate accounts.
• Conduct collection outreach and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare delinquent notices and work with customers to secure payment commitments.
• Audit incoming payment transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Document all account activity and customer communications.
• Partner with internal departments to support efficient business processing and client satisfaction.
• Identify potential credit risks and elevate concerns when appropriate.
• Support process improvements and billing automation initiatives.
