• Manage a substantial portfolio of customer accounts and provide end-to-end support.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable teams of high-revenue customers to ensure timely payments.
• Record payments and perform reconciliations across systems.
• Resolve root causes of payment issues and escalate as needed.
• Partner with sales teams to support customer billing needs.
• Generate reports and analyze past-due trends in AR portfolio.
• Support colleagues in resolving complex invoice issues.
• Create customized invoices per customer specifications and manage revisions.
• Develop ad hoc reports to identify issues and trends and drive root-cause resolution.
• Maintain customer master data including pricing, exemptions, and restrictions.
• Work independently to meet monthly performance indicators and handle special projects.
