• 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Apply customer payments and maintain AR records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Research and resolve payment issues, deductions, and short pays.
• Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection activity.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely payment resolution.
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer account records.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed.
