Job summary

NewGen Administrative Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee AR across the company and assigned branches. You will train and mentor AR Consultants and serve as the AR consultant for facilities, ensuring consistency and quality across the AR team.

The role requires strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/HMO billing, supervision experience, and proficient MS Office/EMR skills. Travel locally to support facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as an AR Consultant preferred.
• 5-7 years experience as a supervisor.
• Knowledge and experience in Medicare, Medicaid and HMO billing.
• Private collection experience beneficial.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and hiring AR Consultants.
• Train and develop AR Consultants.
• Supervise AR Consultants and conduct evaluations.
• Conduct regular touch base meetings with AR Consultants.
• Implement processes to ensure consistency across branches.
• Participate in annual AR strategic planning.
• Travel locally as needed to support facilities.
• All other duties as assigned.
