Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in the SNF/LTC setting.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable in SNF/LTC and multi-facility oversight.
• Proficiency with PointClickCare, Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel; Florida Medicaid billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the locations' accounts receivable functions under supervision.
• Analyze AR processes to maximize workflow and communicate deficiencies and best practices to operations management.
• Provide training to business office staff across multiple locations and monitor policy updates.
• Coordinate month-end close processes and assist at locations with vacancies as needed.
• Support compliance with state regulations and government requirements in the healthcare sector.
