Job summary

NewGen Administrative Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to standardize AR across the company and its branches. You will lead, train, and mentor AR Consultants and serve as the AR expert for facilities.

You will oversee billing, collections, denials, and process improvements, while traveling locally to support sites and ensure timely payments. A strong background in Medicare/Medicaid billing is essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 5-7 years experience as AR Consultant and 5-7 years as a supervisor.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and HMO billing.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR billing and collections across the company and branches.
• Train and mentor AR Consultants.
• Manage denials and improve AR metrics.
• Travel locally to facilities as needed to support and consult.
• Implement AR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
