Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as an AR Consultant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and hiring AR Consultants.
• Trains and develops AR Consultants who report to them.
• Supervises AR Consultants, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Conducts touch base meetings with AR Consultants regularly.
• Implements processes to ensure consistency across branches and the company.
• Participates in annual AR strategic planning under the Director of AR.
• Meets with Director of AR monthly to discuss facility performance.
• Trains BOM/BOA in technical knowledge and billing-related skills.
• Teaches billing, claims, banking, accounting and EMR software basics.
• Travel locally/out-of-area as needed to support facilities.
• All other duties as assigned.
