Job summary

Propio Language Services, Inc. is hosting a Summer Accounts Receivable Intern program in Overland Park. The internship offers hands-on experience across billing, cash application, reconciliations, collections support, and AR reporting.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to process improvement with guidance from an experienced AR team. Qualified students pursuing finance/accounting degrees with strong communication skills and a GPA of 3.0+ are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred
• Active involvement in campus/community activities preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication and high confidentiality
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day billing and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with cash application and researching customer payments
• Support collections with account reviews and outstanding balances
• Assist with client account reconciliations and payment activity
• Maintain billing information, payment methods, and portals
• Document and update standard operating procedures for AR and billing
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support automation
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Finance, Operations, and other teams
