Job summary

Apache Industrial Services seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist I to support billing, invoicing, cash application, and collections for assigned regions. You will handle high-volume billing for various contract types and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing questions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience.
• Experience handling high-volume invoicing with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support billing, invoicing, cash application, and collections for assigned regions.
• Review contracts and service agreements to confirm billing terms before invoicing.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist with unapplied payments.
• Post daily/weekly revenue and assist with month-end close.
• Prepare periodic billing and AR reports for management.
